Bring Dick your own meat (deer, elk, bear, moose or beef) and we will use our recipes to create your choice of sausage. Meat needs to be cleaned and de-boned. It is a 25 lb. minimum per item you would like made. You may bring your meat in anytime during business hours. Vacuum Packing is available for $.65 a pound. Processing takes approximately 1 week during October - December and 2-3 weeks January‑September.
